About Kate Harris

Professional Experience

Kate Harris was an Occupational Therapist for fifteen years working in various areas including: Voluntary Organisations for Mental Health, NHS Community Hospitals, Day Centres for Adults and Older People, Community Mental Health Teams and Specialist Services.

Kate has qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Counselling, Group Work, Anxiety Management and Life Coaching.

She specialises in self esteem using the combination of cognitive behavioural therapy, life coaching and juice therapy.

Personally

Kate is a mother of three. She has experienced many ups and downs in life.

She says: “I have learned to be independent, resourceful, positive and grateful for the energy that keeps me forever learning and enthusiastic. I really value and enjoy meeting people and will do my very best to support and encourage you to reach your own personal goals”.
