Life Coaching Taster Days
Life Coaching Taster days are fun, informative and focused, giving you an opportunity to discover something you really want to do/be and creating a goal to take away and act on. There will be between 6-8 people, so it’s not a big group. A day out to focus on yourself.
The day is made up as follows:
Refreshments and a brief introduction to each other and the day ahead.
The Wheel of Life: a brilliant tool to gain a view of your whole life. We will spend a short time on this to enable you to prioritise a topic/goal for the session today.
A group life coaching session, for which when you book we will email you a page of questions you can start thinking about, so you can have an idea of what it involves. During this session there will be no sharing of experiences etc., so relax, it is just you, writing down your answers to a set of very specific questions in a workbook. Culminating in the creation of an Action List, which can be shared if you wish to or not. You may be surprised by the end result!
An imaginative visualisation where you sit back, close your eyes and I will help you to imagine what it is like to succeed and achieve your goal.
LUNCH a selection of cheese, cold meat and quiche with salads and bread. Followed by pudding or fruit!
A fun hour to make your own Dream Board a chance to get creative and make a collage of how you want and desire your life to be. We have card, glue, some magazines, paint etc but to increase its value many people bring old photos, snippets of words, poetry, fabric, pictures to stick on, so you could start collecting now! Don’t feel worried; no one is expecting you to create a work of art, just something to remind you often of what you want in life! If you can’t think of anything just make a picture of what you love doing! That would be just great. To give this day real meaning and value we would like to emphasize the importance of collecting your own individual pictures/phrases/poetry in preparation!
Review of your Action Lists and some reflection on the day.
And lastly a relaxation session: Sitting or lying down on mats (please bring a blanket). This lovely interlude will leave you refreshed at the end of a fabulously focused day!
