  • Setting realistic, achievable and authentic goals for your life
  • Or perhaps you just need to have someone to listen to, believe in you and help you recognise your strengths and skills.

Life Coaching sessions last from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Sessions can also be held over the telephone, if required.
