Individual Sessions

 

What you may wish to work on: 

  • Discovering your real values/beliefs

  • Reducing stress or overload

  • Coming to terms with changes such as divorce, change of job, parenting, illness or death of a loved one

  • Stopping procrastinating and achieving what you want to

  • Recognising patterns of behaviour that do not help you

  • Making changes to create more time for leisure or relaxation

  • Making changes to your eating or exercise habits

  • Making space for spirituality and meditation

  • Increasing your assertiveness or confidence

  • Improving your communication skills

  • Learning to feel more in control of your life

  • Increasing or improving your motivation and creativity

  • Creating a dream list and beginning to action it!

  • Setting realistic, achievable and authentic goals for your life.

Or perhaps you just need to have someone to listen to, believe in you and help you recognise your strengths and skills.

 

Life Coaching sessions last from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Sessions can also be held over the telephone, if required.
