Structure of my Individual Sessions
I offer a free 20 minute Life
Audit to assess where you are now.
At this point we can create a personalised
strategic plan for how to go forward incorporating the
T G R O W model of coaching.
This stands for:
TOPIC
GOAL
REALITY
OPTIONS
WAY FORWARD
The first two sessions will be about getting
to know you, your values, your hopes, dreams, current habits and
patterns of behaviour.
Life Coaching requires
action. Agreed goals will be set and action plans made.
As your coach, I will
seek your permission to point out any unhelpful habits or “gremlins”
that crop up on our journey of discovery. This requires a trusting and
honest relationship to develop between us which will help you to make
the changes you seek.
Life Coaching is not
Counselling or Psychotherapy. It is a forward looking, positive and
action focused approach. We will not spend a great deal of time going
over the past and looking for causes. We will spend our time working
towards your future and how you want it to be.
We will work on topics of
your choice to either add or reduce activities in order to reach your
goals. Nothing will happen overnight or without your effort, coaching
is not a miracle cure. However as a coach I recognise your immense
potential as a human being and will do my best to support you in
achieving your goals. |
